Full Time Position as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

Seeking a Counselor who is interested in providing individual therapy and group therapy to mental illness and substance use clients in a private outpatient clinic. We are comprised of a strong team of healthcare providers that offers evidence-based, best practice treatments and always have the client’s best interest in our minds. You will enjoy working with the motivated, appreciative and respectful clients.

SALARY:

$90,000 - $11,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
• Actively participate in conferences and related team-based meetings.
• Analyze information collected to determine diagnosis, treatment plan and/or advisability of counseling or referral to other specialists or institutions.
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities, such as group therapy and recreational activities
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Current, valid and unrestricted license as LPCC in the state.
• Must have (3) three years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities including, but not limited to time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage own caseload and coordinate all assigned cases
