Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

We are a reputable private practice looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide vital mental health services to a diverse patient base. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple settings and a genuine commitment to helping individuals overcome their challenges. This position offers the flexibility of telehealth sessions, allowing you to create your own schedule and select the clients you work with.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress promptly through accurate completion of progress notes.
• Deliver counseling services professionally to maintain our esteemed reputation.
• Adhere to organizational policies and service provider agreements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from accredited program.
• Active California state license as an LPCC.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical environments.
• Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
