Seeking a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to Join in an Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to become part of our dedicated team. Our respected private practice focuses on providing exceptional mental health services to a diverse clientele. In this position, you will be responsible for client assessments and documentation management. Salary:

• $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in receiving services
• Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
• Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
• Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
• Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
• Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
