Remote LPCC Position in California

This fully remote role allows you to focus on therapy while we handle the rest. We provide Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors in California with a steady flow of clients and full administrative support, so you can dedicate your time to meaningful client interactions.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse client base.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
3. Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
4. Work collaboratively with other professionals to enhance client care.
5. Provide guidance on available mental health resources.

What You Need to Qualify:

1. A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
2. An active LPCC license in California.
3. At least two years of clinical counseling experience.
4. Experience with telehealth services and virtual therapy platforms.
