Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Evolve Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, crafting individualized therapy strategies that promote healing and growth.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities and workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on underserved individuals and families in the community facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits
