Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to tailor individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing emotional and psychological well-being.
• Deliver a spectrum of evidence-based therapeutic services to various demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centered care, utilizing an integrative approach to address the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is current and accurate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, workshops, and collaborative training sessions to remain informed of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Path, you will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. The central focus is on providing clinically effective solutions tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring the delivery of compassionate care that fosters recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, where you have honed your skills in delivering therapeutic interventions, is required.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Documented proficiency in establishing rapport and delivering exceptional interpersonal communication with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses.
