Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapies, catering to diverse client needs.
• Facilitate group, family, and couples therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans that address the complex challenges faced by clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, remaining current on advances in mental health research and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may face barriers to accessing mental health services. Our primary focus is on treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits
