Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations that accurately assess the mental health status of clients, factoring in both psychological and social determinants of health.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting session content and delivery methods to best suit the varied needs of clients.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records through our electronic health record system, documenting progress, treatment updates, and key observations to track outcomes effectively.
• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care, including referrals and follow-ups.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice and confidentiality, adhering to professional guidelines at all times.
• Participate actively in continuous education, training sessions, and professional development workshops to hone skills and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential valid in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits
