Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop an understanding of clients' mental health needs, personal histories, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Engage in couples and family therapy sessions, helping to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance relationship dynamics.
• Design personalized treatment plans with specific interventions and measurable objectives to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and timely support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stability.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health literacy, coping strategies, and available resources to promote ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality in all interactions, ensuring that clients feel safe and respected.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, the LPC will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clients present a range of mental health challenges, from those experiencing mild stress to individuals with complex psychological conditions. This diversity requires sensitivity, flexibility, and a strong commitment to culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is imperative.
• Demonstrated clinical experience and competence in providing therapeutic services across various populations and settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A genuine sense of empathy and a commitment to the therapeutic process, fostering a supportive atmosphere for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling methodologies.
• Previous work with specific populations such as trauma survivors, children, or the LGBTQ+ community.
• Experience in collaborative treatment settings or multidisciplinary teams to enhance the holistic care of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
