Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to diagnose and evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide counseling and therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings to facilitate clients' emotional growth and coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and medical professionals, for integrated care delivery.
• Regularly participate in supervision, peer reviews, and continuing education to remain abreast of advancements in psychotherapy.
• Facilitate referrals to other specialists or resources as necessary to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, families, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and more. Your sensitivity and expertise in dealing with these distinct groups will be paramount in tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas is required.
• A minimum of three years of dedicated experience in mental health counseling with a robust understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated competence in working with specific populations is desirable, enhancing your ability to address their distinct needs.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Able to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy is a plus.
• Previous experience with group therapy dynamics and facilitation, particularly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices, including platforms used for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
