Brightside Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative telehealth team. In this full-time remote position, you will deliver evidence-based, compassionate mental health care to a diverse adult population. Utilizing advanced methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will engage in live video sessions with clients while facilitating their overall mental wellness through self-guided exercises.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing critical mental health services. You will be equipped with cutting-edge digital tools, including an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system designed with artificial intelligence capabilities that assist in monitoring client progress, ensuring seamless documentation, and enhancing treatment effectiveness.
The clients you will serve include adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health issues. Your role will be crucial in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process their experiences and work towards recovery.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is a plus. Candidates with a background in crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment will be given special consideration, especially those interested in receiving training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) framework.
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, with flexible employment options available, including W2 or 1099 arrangements. In addition to competitive pay, you will receive malpractice and tail insurance coverage, ensuring peace of mind as you practice.
