Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support for their mental wellness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. You will work with diverse client populations facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to foster trust and rapport will empower clients on their journey toward emotional healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
