Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to individual client objectives, continually revising them as needed based on progress.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions relevant to diverse populations.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive, cohesive client care.
• Maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all information is accurately documented and securely stored.
