Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans addressing clients' needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care that improves client outcomes.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide counseling services to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Our client-centered approach ensures that your therapeutic interventions are respectful and responsive to the varied backgrounds and cultural contexts of our clients.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, with demonstrated competence in a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialty areas such as trauma therapy, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and clinical documentation practices.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
