Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment decisions.
• Deliver individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management using tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving relationship dynamics and communication strategies, while working towards conflict resolution and shared understanding.
• Design detailed treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions that promote coping skills and emotional resilience.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, offering support, stabilization, and appropriate referrals to additional resources if needed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, promote awareness of coping strategies, and provide guidance on available support systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing the practice of counseling, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
