Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and ethical individual counseling through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a safe environment for client discussions.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address clients' behavioral and emotional needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, including their history, experience, and personal goals.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, behaviors, and relationship dynamics, promoting self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adapting therapy as necessary and supporting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
