This role is performed remotely within an outpatient office setting, allowing for flexible working hours while ensuring that our clients receive the therapeutic support they need. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions through telehealth platforms to clients from the comfort of their homes.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, emphasizing evidence-based practices that drive positive outcomes.
• Offer emotional support and strategies that empower clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other support staff to create cohesive care plans for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations to ensure accurate tracking of client progress and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and seminars to remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on supporting a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with systemic issues. Sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and an understanding of varying social contexts are paramount, as our services reach clients from all walks of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong ability to work independently while still collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence and inclusivity in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care or family therapy is a plus.
• Prior work experience in outpatient settings, preferably in community mental health or similar environments.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
