Work Environment

This role is fully remote, enabling our counselors to provide services through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions focused on individual needs, covering a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to track client progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, helping clients understand and overcome their behavioral and mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists as needed for holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and client caseload.
