Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing a diverse range of techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage with clients in a variety of formats, including group therapy, family sessions, and individual counseling, fostering an open and supportive atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the highest degree of professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing integrated care approaches to enhance overall client outcomes and well-being.
• Participate in regular professional development, including workshops and training, to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance misuse issues. Our focus on family and couples therapy means that you will actively engage with groups to facilitate meaningful conversations and interventions tailored to their unique situations and goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical specialization in family dynamics, trauma resolution, or addiction counseling.
• Experience working with telehealth modalities, contributing to flexible therapeutic interventions.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-related bonuses. We also provide a robust benefits package that includes:
