Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical and mental health histories, along with current psychological presentations, to develop tailored treatment approaches.
• Prioritize and manage daily caseloads effectively, monitoring new, existing, and transitioning patients to ensure optimal care continuity.
• Diagnose and treat a spectrum of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, using evidence-based practices and client-centered methodologies.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering resilience and promoting emotional healing.
• Devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, adjusting them based on ongoing assessments and progress tracking.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling during critical periods, including bereavement and grief, ensuring patients receive appropriate milestones in their mental health journey.
• Adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements to ensure the health and safety of all patients and team members.

The population served by Renewed Counseling Hub is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. As an LPCC, you will advocate for and provide targeted interventions to empower clients toward their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple cases effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including email and word processing applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience working with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits
