Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish a strong therapeutic relationship.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices that align with clients' personal goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.
• Collaborate closely with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, documenting progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to share insights and enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include working with diverse individuals and families facing a range of psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Strong proficiency with technology, familiar with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity in both verbal and written formats.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Prior experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
