Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive working relationships while upholding ethical guidelines.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and initiate discharge plans as appropriate.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment timelines, to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather vital information and establish therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and receive feedback for personal growth.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare and mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your caseload will include adults, children, and families, ensuring that you have the opportunity to address a wide array of behavioral and emotional issues. Our focus is on community health, and as such, you will be integral in navigating clients through their healing journeys, providing support and understanding tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and case management software such as PIMSY.
• Demonstrated capability in providing individual and family therapy, with a comfort level in conducting intake assessments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of various cultural contexts.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes through effective therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is designed to be both competitive and supportive:
