Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver individualized counseling sessions addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships among family members.
• Design personalized treatment plans with defined objectives and tailored interventions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources to support their journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, including ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, we provide a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring you are compensated fairly and promptly. Additional benefits include:
