Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and in-depth clinical evaluations to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for your clients.
• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to ensure tailored interventions that meet each client's unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client treatment outcomes, sharing insights and strategies to improve the quality of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on current research and evidence-based practices in mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits
