Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' diverse mental health needs, which may involve a blend of individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, ensuring a safe space for healing.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, providing guidance for improving relationship dynamics, communication skills, and resolving family conflicts effectively.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client, setting clear objectives and methods of intervention.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing immediate mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely support in critical moments.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and resources available for ongoing support and recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to counseling practice, ensuring that informed consent and confidentiality procedures are fundamentally respected.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient clinics is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and counseling techniques.
• Experience providing telehealth services is an advantage, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Health Bridge values the expertise of our clinicians and offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
