Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake evaluations to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions based on clinical assessments.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and transitional therapy groups to equip clients with coping strategies and promote mental health awareness.
• Implement and oversee suicide prevention interventions, utilizing evidence-based crisis management techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient progress during regular administrative meetings, offering insights and updates on treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with company protocols and legal standards, ensuring availability and clarity of patient records.
• Provide training sessions and resources for staff on mental health topics to enhance the overall quality of care delivered within the organization.
• Deliver personalized, compassionate care to address the unique concerns of each patient on your caseload, fostering trust and therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
