Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance in the administration of therapeutic services.
• Maintain regular communication and updates with your supervisor to ensure alignment with client care and organizational objectives.
• Manage caseload efficiently by prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed, always striving to meet clients’ needs without compromising service quality.
• Engage in effective case management, which includes monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and advocating for client needs within the community.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to balance a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices, therapeutic techniques, and relevant licensing requirements.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support team efforts and enhance the overall service delivery model.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve youth and their families, offering therapeutic support tailored to their unique situations. The focus will be on building relationships, setting achievable goals, and providing the necessary tools to foster personal development and success. You will play an essential role in liaising with schools, families, and other community resources to create an integrated support system for clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated capacity for client engagement and triaging priorities effectively in a high-volume caseload setting.
• A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development through continuing education and training in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with youth populations and an understanding of their unique mental health challenges.
• Proven ability to motivate clients and foster a positive therapeutic environment that encourages growth and healing.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, with familiarity in utilizing digital platforms for delivering therapeutic care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
