Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach.
• Optionally facilitate group, couples, or family therapy, fostering inclusive and supportive therapeutic environments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise as an LPC will be pivotal as you work with individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field with an active LPC license in Oregon, held for a minimum of 2 years.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting your training and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
