Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that are engaging and supportive, allowing clients to share experiences and learn interpersonal skills.
• Providing individualized therapy to address personal issues, guiding clients through the exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their specific goals and challenges.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress utilizing a variety of assessment tools and feedback methodologies.
• Engaging in regular communication with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you will serve primarily include young adults in outpatient settings who are facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and transition difficulties characteristic of early adulthood. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active State Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience
