Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflect the care provided.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training opportunities, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies to facilitate efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable and will enhance your qualifications.
• Experience working with underserved populations or in a telehealth setting would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
