Key Responsibilities

As an LPC at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a range of mental health issues.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy—tailored to the client's needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records, complying with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest mental health research and attending relevant training workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide clinical support to a diverse population, including individuals facing trauma, substance abuse challenges, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their circumstances and establish effective coping strategies, ultimately working towards improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic counseling services, ideally in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of ethical practices and legal regulations pertaining to the counseling profession.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Versatility in applying various therapeutic techniques to meet client-specific needs.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
