Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather critical information about clients’ mental health histories, concerns, and goals.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, addressing clients’ specific needs and preferences.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective interventions.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including participation in workshops and seminars to stay current on the latest research and treatment strategies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Given the telehealth setting, you will particularly cater to clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, enhancing their ability to seek the help they need regardless of their geographic location. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 – 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
