Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating meaningful progress through structured sessions.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits
