Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans for each client based on their specific mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring tailored support for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities in mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Compassion Core Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
