Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the nation, whether at home or a location of your choice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, using your clinical expertise to diagnose and treat a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools, such as clinical worksheets, shared journal entries, and goal-tracking, to foster client engagement and progress.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and peer support discussions, fostering a strong community of practice among therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include adults, couples, and adolescents who seek assistance for various mental health concerns. As a counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be matched with clients who align with your specializations and areas of interest, ensuring a more meaningful and effective therapeutic alliance. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor in your state (examples include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD).
• Ability to provide counseling without supervision; unfortunately, we cannot accept interns or those requiring supervision at this time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable effective interaction with clients.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless teletherapy sessions.
• Current residency in the United States.

Preferred Experience

• Previous counseling experience with adults, couples, or teens, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and diagnostic tools.
• Experience managing a diverse clinical caseload and tailoring therapeutic approaches for different demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus as well as weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
