Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring tailored approaches to meet specific needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and staying updated on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients across various demographics, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload capacity.
