Helpline Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time telehealth position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to determine mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and treatment strategies that align with best practices.
• Engage clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance client care, sharing insights and recommendations for treatment adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to protect client confidentiality.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, guiding clients through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential, with a strong focus on client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization and experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling are highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth practices and tools will be an added advantage, as we seek to leverage technology to enhance patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
