Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, treatment needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to each client’s unique context and circumstances.
• Utilize the latest counseling methodologies and evidence-based practices to provide effective interventions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Engage clients with empathy and warmth throughout each counseling session, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
• Facilitate regular reviews of the treatment plan, adjusting interventions based on client feedback and progress.
• Make referrals to additional mental health resources or other healthcare providers as necessary to optimize client care.
• Participate in regular professional development sessions to stay current with industry trends and expand your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• All state-mandated licenses required for practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing personal experiences.
• Proficient in developing tailored treatment strategies that address the individual needs of clients.
• Commitment to professional integrity and adherence to ethical standards in counseling practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a therapeutic or counseling role, preferably within a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a sign-on bonus, client referrals, and assistance with billing and documentation to minimize your administrative burden.
