Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule that aligns with your lifestyle while efficiently managing your caseload through our telehealth system, Headway.
• Utilize marketing support and client referrals to actively grow your client base, ensuring you connect with individuals who can benefit from your expertise.
• Match with clients based on your clinical preferences and areas of specialization, enabling you to offer personalized therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver ongoing live support to clients and clinicians, ensuring seamless access to mental health resources.
• Verify client insurance benefits instantly, ensuring that financial barriers are minimized and care is accessible without delays.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma to those grappling with substance use disorders. As a remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will empower clients to navigate their challenges through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness. You will play a vital role in community health by providing culturally competent care tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus, along with a comfortable working knowledge of technology, including video communication tools and telehealth platforms.
• A designated workspace that ensures client confidentiality and safety.
• Familiarity with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to working collaboratively with clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of and certification in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously while also leveraging support from clinical peers and administrative teams.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
