This full-time position is structured to provide mental health services remotely, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact in their lives. As an LPC in our organization, you will be entrusted with assessing and treating a diverse client base, developing personalized treatment plans, and contributing to a collaborative team environment focusing on the mental well-being of our community.

This position is entirely remote, emphasizing our belief in a healthy work-life balance. You will operate in a structured environment, where regular interaction with colleagues occurs through virtual meetings and collaborative tools. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, so you can look forward to no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for personal time and family engagement. Your office will be your home, supported by a high-tech infrastructure designed to facilitate seamless virtual interactions.
In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will primarily work with clients seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our patients come from varied backgrounds, reflecting the diversity of the Milwaukee area. Your work will focus on strategies that empower clients to navigate their feelings and develop coping mechanisms that promote resilience and recovery.
While not mandatory, experience in integrated care settings or working with clients facing chronic health issues would be beneficial. Familiarity with digital documentation tools and telehealth platforms can also enhance effectiveness in this role.
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package is generous, offering a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates that ensure payment occurs ahead of collections.
