Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and potential barriers to effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using tools such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to deliver impactful care.
• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, through regular case consultations to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, training initiatives, and continuing education sessions to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards applicable to licensed practitioners in the mental health field.

Qualifications
