As a Remote LCPC with Citrus, you'll engage with clients through our virtual platform, conducting therapy sessions in the comfort of your own designated workspace. This model not only eliminates lengthy commutes but also allows you to structure your workday to fit your lifestyle. You will be part of a vibrant clinical team that meets regularly for peer consultation and training, ensuring you remain connected and supported while working remotely.
Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds, experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. The role requires a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, where you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and empower them toward personal growth and well-being.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, complemented by various benefits designed to support your overall well-being and professional growth. Options for W2 or 1099 classification provide flexibility in your employment choice. Additionally, our organization covers essential administrative duties like billing, scheduling, and referrals, allowing you to focus solely on providing care to your clients.
