Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth systems, utilizing a client-centered approach to treatment.
• Conduct initial intake sessions to understand clients’ histories, needs, and therapy goals while developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and accuracy in your cases.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Engage in optional case consultations, trainings, and team meetings to enhance your skills, share best practices, and contribute to a shared learning environment.
• Manage your own client load and schedule, allowing the flexibility to accommodate personal preferences, including the option to work evenings or weekends as desired.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LCPC license in the state of Nevada, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and standards.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a closely related field is required, fortifying your foundational knowledge and clinical skills.
• Strong clinical acumen with experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.
• Possess a reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive for teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, helping you to navigate complex client situations with confidence.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, complemented by various benefits designed to support your overall well-being and professional growth. Options for W2 or 1099 classification provide flexibility in your employment choice. Additionally, our organization covers essential administrative duties like billing, scheduling, and referrals, allowing you to focus solely on providing care to your clients.
