Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to suit the client’s specific circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive client records, including progress notes and treatment histories, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.
• Current LPC licensure in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

At Momenta Psychotherapy Services, we value our team and offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 95,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a lucrative salary, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
