Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical or community health setting.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document sessions and manage client information effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ issues, family dynamics, or substance use disorders.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
