Work Environment

In this remote outpatient role, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of behavioral health professionals. Our environment fosters work-life balance and offers full-time and part-time opportunities. You will have the ability to conduct sessions via telemedicine or in-person, ensuring that our clients receive the attention they need in a format that is most convenient for them. Your work schedule will be flexible, from Monday to Friday for full-time roles, or Monday to Saturday for part-time roles, allowing you to tailor your hours to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of tailored therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that align with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in workshops to stay informed on the latest mental health research and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role caters to a diverse population, including individuals dealing with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Our inclusive approach emphasizes the importance of understanding each client's unique context and challenges, ultimately aiming to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context, is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a wide range of clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Experience specializing in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly regarded.
• Previous exposure to integrated healthcare settings can enhance the collaborative nature of your practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous bonus structure. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to help ease your transition into our organization.
