Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to devise tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.
• Engage in collaborative treatment with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to each client, respecting their individual circumstances and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong comprehension of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to form effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and clinical caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
