Key Responsibilities

• Your primary role will involve conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s goals and issues.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing suitable therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, depending on client needs.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and licensed counselors—to ensure comprehensive client care through shared insights and coordinated treatment strategies.
• Maintain rigorous client confidentiality while diligently managing records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through clinical supervision, regular case conferences, and training opportunities to refine your skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and the effects of trauma. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
