Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, during sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in clinical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and collaboration with peers, staying current with advancements in mental health research and clinical practices.
• Participate in case reviews and consultations as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on providing services to underserved populations who may struggle to access mental health care. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic environment is required.
• Expertise in therapeutic fields such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly sought after.
• A robust understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within clinical settings dealing with multifaceted mental health issues, particularly with those from underserved communities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to enhance client care and engagement.
• Background in research or participation in clinical trials is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, with caseload adjustments based on client availability.
