Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge planning when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and goals.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain effective communication.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish initial therapeutic strategies.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers to collaboratively support clients' overall health and well-being.
• Maintain a growth-oriented approach in all tasks, embracing continuous learning and adaptation in clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted LPCC licensure in Nevada.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services, including individual and family therapy.
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing client-centered treatment plans.
• Familiarity with digital tools, including spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and communication platforms like Outlook and PIMSY.
