Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, with the option to engage in both telehealth and in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in Easton, Pennsylvania. Our hours of operation span from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for a schedule that accommodates your lifestyle while meeting the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and learning opportunities to remain current with the latest mental health research and practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards affecting counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using EMR software and related technologies to manage client information and clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse are highly preferred and will set candidates apart.
• Previous experience working in a telehealth capacity is advantageous, aligning with our hybrid service model.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
